Please read these terms before using our e-ticketing service
By accessing and using the Bangladesh Railway E-Ticketing Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets. Minors may travel but tickets must be purchased by an adult.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Tickets are subject to availability. Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable. The name and NID on the ticket must match the traveler.
Passengers must carry valid photo ID matching the ticket. You must present your ticket (digital or printed) to the ticket checker on board.
Ticket scalping, selling tickets above face value, fraudulent bookings, and multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in blacklisting.
Bangladesh Railway is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Train schedules and fares may change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka.
